These sessions are held via Zoom so I encourage you to find a comfy private spot and grab your journal, pen and blanket to prepare yourself for a beautiful, tailored experience focused on stress relief and deep relaxation.

Be guided through an exploration of your breath, focusing on a long, slow and deep breathwork technique combined with breath retentions.

The link to join the call will be sent to you the morning of your booking and you are welcome to email me with any questions or requests before we meet so I can support you during your breathwork experience.

Location: AKA Studio - 130C Nicholson St, Brunswick East
Parking: The best option is parking on Hickford Street across the road from the studio.
9:45 am for a 10:00 am start.

Join Caroline and Louie for a gentle 90-minute breathwork session designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive space.

Together, we’ll explore long, slow and deep breathing techniques focused on stress relief, grounding and deep relaxation. These sessions are intentionally gentle and trauma-informed, making them suitable for both beginners and those with an existing breathwork practice.

Louie, the certified therapy dog, will be joining us to offer some extra calm, connection and comfort throughout the session.

This is not an intense or performative breathwork experience. Instead, expect a slower-paced session focused on feeling safe, supported and present in your body.

What to bring:
Water bottle
Journal if you’d like to reflect after the session
We will have yoga mats, blankets and cushions, but feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer and anything else you need to be comfortable.
