DEEP BREATHS WITH LOUIE

Join Caroline and Louie the Therapy Dog for a group breathwork experience focused on stress relief and deep relaxation. Be guided through an exploration of your breath, focusing on a long, slow and deep breathwork technique combined with breath retentions.

Yoga mat and bolsters will be provided, please bring a water bottle and a journal, pen and blanket if you wish.

Group - Somatic Dance with Caroline & Louie the Therapy Dog (Nerang Studio)

BODY & BREATH

This immersive 60-minute session is a full-body invitation to come home to yourself.

Through a guided somatic dance journey, you’ll move intuitively - releasing held tension, reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, and expressing emotion in a safe, supported space. No choreography. No expectations. Just your body, your breath, and the music.

We’ll close the session with a grounding breathwork practice to help you regulate your nervous system, integrate the experience, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply centred.

This class is for you if you're ready to:

Gently move through stuck energy or emotion
Reconnect to your inner rhythm and authentic expression
Cultivate calm, clarity, and embodiment through breath

No prior dance or breathwork experience needed - just come as you are.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water, a journal (optional), and an open heart.

Our 1st Birthday Celebration - A Little Birthday Breath

Over the past 12 months, our little studio in Nerang has become a home for big breaths, soft landings, gentle releases, and deep connection. We’re so grateful to every single person who’s shared space with us. Your stories, your presence, and your courage have shaped this community in the most beautiful ways.

To celebrate our first lap around the sun, we’re hosting a special morning together on Sunday, 27th July at 9 am.

✨ What's included:

A heart-opening cacao ceremony
A grounding and expansive seated breathwork session
A relaxed morning tea to connect and celebrate

This 90-minute gathering is open to anyone who’s joined us in the past year, or anyone who’s curious to begin. Come as you are. Leave a little more full.

Bolsters, cushions and seats will be provided, as will water and anything else you need.

Sister Survivor Workshop
A day to reconnect, exhale and come home to yourself.

This full-day immersive workshop is a gentle, powerful space for women who are ready to slow down, let go, and reconnect with their inner strength.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, old wounds, or simply feel disconnected from yourself, this day is for you. You don’t need to have the right words or even a clear reason for coming. You only need the willingness to show up for yourself.

Created with trauma-informed care at its core, this experience offers a safe and supportive space to explore what’s been weighing on you, whether it’s a lifetime of survival or just the quiet ache of being stretched too thin for too long.

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through embodied practices designed to help you:
Reconnect with your breath and body
Release what’s no longer serving you
Reclaim your sense of self and power
Renew your capacity to move forward with softness and strength

No previous experience is required. All you need is your curiosity, your courage, and your willingness to be present.

We’ll share nourishing practices, honest conversation, moments of stillness, and yes, a few cuddles from Louie the therapy dog, who’ll be with us throughout the day.

Thank you for your interest in joining us for a breathwork experience. There are plenty of opportunities to explore breathwork with group and one-on-one experiences, both online and in-person in our Nerang Studio to suit your needs.

Louie the Therapy Dog attends in-person sessions, though sessions can be requested without Louie if you wish.
