Thank you for your interest in joining us for a breathwork experience. There are plenty of opportunities to explore breathwork with regular group experiences, both online and in-person in the Gold Coast studio, to suit your needs.

Louie the Therapy Dog attends most in-person Gold Coast sessions, though sessions can be requested without Louie if you wish.
