Be guided through an exploration of your breath, focusing on a long, slow and deep breathwork technique combined with breath retentions.

This has been such a game changer for me! I had a not so cool experience at a really big group breathwork which was way too full on, and then I met Caroline and Louie! I got back into some beautiful healing and gentle breathwork and love it, has helped me a lot. Caroline is an amazing caring facilitator and Louie is the best little buddy to have in class with you!
